Galz burst onto the scene in 2018 with arguably the best rookie season in history. He was the 2018 Singles Tournament runner-up, losing an epic battle to Nick in the championship match. His 12.0 KPM landed him at #2 in the final 2018 Power Rankings, only behind Tony’s 12.5 (though Tony only played three games all season). He rode a hot streak into the Postseason Tournament, helping his “Nature Boys” squad finish in third place, a performance that garnered enough votes to make the 2018 Postseason All-Tournament Team. Add it all up and Galz was the unanimous winner of the 2018 Rookie of the Year award.

After a fantastic rookie season, Galz worked hard on his mental game in the offseason, and allegedly hired a cornhole throwing coach off Craig’s List to help with his mechanics. Whether or not the offseason stories are true is anybody’s guess. But, whatever he did paid off because he claimed the 2019 Preseason Kick-Off Tournament championship as a member of “The Mega Powers” and earned tournament MVP honors. Later in 2019, Galz finished runner-up in the Singles Tournament for the second consecutive year.

Even though the 2020 season did not yield any tournament hardware, Galz always had his teams in contention and posted career numbers while finishing in the top-5 of the Power Rankings yet again – 15.6 KPM, 70% accuracy, 5.0 points per round and 1.08 cornholes per round.

The 2021 season was another top-5 finish in the Power Rankings, but Galz took a step back in performance compared to his career year in 2020 – 15.1 KPM, 65%, 4.8 points per round and 1.09 cornholes per round.

Galz never backs down from a challenge. As he loves to say, “My momma didn’t raise no quitter!”…even when he finds himself drunk in a random Orlando hotel room with what may or may not have been a tranny. He doesn’t quit, folks, and that’s why his teams will always contend for championships in LEG tournaments.
